In his struggle with the Chinese market fakes devices, Rikomagic stepped forward and just made a new official declaration:

'To all our cutomers:
In order to provide better after-sales service, we hereby solemnly declare that all customers should buy Rikomagic or RKM products from online shops which has been authorized by Shenzhen Rikomagic Technology Co., Ltd on eBay, Aliexpress or Amazon.'
